Israel

Key Points:-

  • Israel is the only Jewish country in the world.
  • Palestinians who are Arab Muslims come from this place, which we call Israel.
  • Whenever the name of Israel comes, it is known that the fight between Jews and Muslims has been going on for thousand years.
  • Israel has waged a war against Islam.
  • Reflecting as a point on the world map, Israel has emerged as a powerful nation in the world of the 21st century in terms of science and technology, defense and intelligence in addition to economy.
  • Situated in the middle of the fiery politics of West Asian countries, Israel has reached new heights in the global political arena due to its indomitable capability, defense prowess, new technological knowledge, industrialization and agricultural development.
  • A subtle Jewish-Zionist nation guided by the principle of continuity against adversity, Israel plays a distinctive role in contemporary global politics in general and Arab-dominated West Asian politics in particular.
  • The battle for this place took place in two parts: one Arab - Israel and the other Israel - Palestine. The first battle was due to the nationalism of the two communities that emerged with the Second World War and with it the end of British rule.

Israel Palestine Dispute:-

  • The Israel-Palestinian dispute is a long-standing dispute between Palestinians and Israelis.
  • This conflict largely builds up to the Arab-Israeli conflict.
  • The two-state solution is the only favorable solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict that is currently being debated between the two sides.
  • A two-state solution envisages solving the problem by creating two separate states, one Jewish and the other Arab, the western part of the historical region of Palestine.
  • According to the idea, Arab residents would be granted citizenship by the new Palestinian state, with Palestinian refugees likely to be offered similar citizenship. Today's Arab citizens of Israel have the option of either staying with Israel, or becoming citizens of the new Palestine.
  • Currently, the majority of the people of Israel and Palestine prefer a two-state solution than any other solution according to an election poll.
  • Most Palestinian Israelis see the West Bank and the Gaza Strip as their future states, and this is acknowledged by most Israelis.
  • A handful of educated advocates advocate a single-state solution, by which the whole of Israel, the Gaza Strip, and the West Bank would become a bi-national state with equal rights for all peoples.
  • Since 2003, the Palestinian side has been fragmented by conflict between two major factions, Fatah, the traditionally dominant party, and Hamas, which recently challenged it to an election.
